Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "keg99", "we", "us", "our" refers to the keg99 platform and the entity operating the keg99.io website and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the keg99 website accessible at keg99.io, including all casino game pages, sports betting interfaces, account management systems, and payment facilities.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the keg99 platform in any capacity.

Acceptance of Terms

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the keg99 platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across the duplicate accounts.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the keg99 platform, or be subject to a self-exclusion period that has not yet expired.

By registering on keg99, you warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account and to update it promptly if any details change.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your keg99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods associated with your account. keg99 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password and enabling SMS-based device verification.

You must not share your account login credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access or use your keg99 account. keg99 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where such access resulted from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

• You must notify keg99 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and account changes made through your account are presumed to have been made by you unless you have reported a compromise of your credentials prior to those actions occurring.
• keg99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

keg99 may, at its discretion, require additional verification before processing withdrawals from an account, particularly where the account activity pattern or payment method details are inconsistent with the account's registration information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All keg99 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the supported payment methods listed on the keg99 platform at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. keg99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during operating hours (09:00–01:00 Bangladesh Standard Time) are processed within 30 minutes under normal conditions. Requests submitted outside operating hours are queued for processing at the start of the next operating period.

• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• keg99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• keg99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in cases where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or terms violations are suspected, pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

keg99 offers various promotional offers to players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players who meet the conditions specified in the individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotional terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.

keg99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn after it has already been credited to a player's account, the player retains the right to complete the wagering requirement within the original validity period.

Game Rules & Betting Conduct

The rules governing individual games on the keg99 platform are determined by the respective Game Providers and are accessible within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes on the keg99 platform are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the relevant Game Provider. keg99 does not influence game outcomes in any way.

Sports Betting: Sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. keg99 reserves the right to void bets where it is established that the odds were materially incorrect at the time of acceptance, or where the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not proceed in accordance with the conditions under which the bet was offered.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• keg99 reserves the right to limit the stake size or maximum winnings applicable to any player account at its discretion.

• Any bet placed after a sporting event has commenced may be subject to review and potential voiding if keg99 determines that the player had access to information regarding the event's outcome at the time of placement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the keg99 platform. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial deception in connection with the keg99 platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the opening of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other method designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine recreational play.

Intellectual Property

All content on the keg99 platform, including but not limited to the keg99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and the compilation of game content as presented on the platform, is the proprietary property of keg99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the keg99 platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the keg99 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any keg99 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the keg99 platform.
• Use the keg99 brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

All intellectual property rights in the game content provided by Game Providers remain the exclusive property of the respective providers. keg99 operates under licence from those providers and does not claim ownership of their game software or content.

Privacy & Data

• Technical failures in a player's device, internet connection, or the payment provider's infrastructure.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
